Short and plain: this site collects almost nothing, and the LinkedIn app behind it only posts the site owner's own blog posts. Effective 2026-10-12.
This site has no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, no cookies, and no forms or accounts. We don't ask visitors for any personal information.
Two things are worth knowing:
Theme preference. If you use the light/dark toggle, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key theme. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Fonts and server logs. Pages load the IBM Plex fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Like most web servers, the one hosting this site may also keep standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, time). We don't use these logs to profile or identify visitors.
The site owner runs a LinkedIn developer app for one purpose: to post their own blog posts to their own LinkedIn account. It requests the openid, profile and w_member_social scopes, only to identify the owner's account and publish the owner's posts to it.
It does not collect any visitor data, store any visitor's LinkedIn data, read other people's profiles or feeds, or post on behalf of anyone but the owner. Visitors to this site are never asked to sign in with LinkedIn.
The app's credentials and access tokens are kept in uBixVault, our self-hosted secrets manager, and not in source code or on this website.
